Elo ("we", "our", or "the Service") is operated by Elobiz (elobiz.app). We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

By accessing or using Elo, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account data — name, email address, phone number, company name, and tax ID provided during registration.
  • Business data — product catalog, pricing, orders, customer conversations, and other content you provide to operate your AI agents.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, session duration, device type, and IP address.
  • Payment data — billing information processed by our payment providers (Stripe, e-Kwanza, Flutterwave, Mercado Pago). We do not store raw card numbers.
  • WhatsApp conversation data — messages routed through your connected WhatsApp number that are processed by the AI agents.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve the Elo service, including AI agent responses.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription.
  • Send transactional communications (invoices, receipts, service alerts).
  • Monitor service performance and prevent fraud.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your business conversation data to train shared AI models.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers hosted within the European Union and may be replicated to additional regions for redundancy. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and access controls to protect your information.

Despite our efforts, no system is completely secure. In the event of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

5. Third-Party Services

Elo integrates with third-party services to operate. These include:

  • WhatsApp / Meta — for message delivery via the WhatsApp Business API.
  • Stripe, e-Kwanza, Flutterwave, Mercado Pago — for payment processing.
  • Google (Gemini), DeepSeek — for AI-powered responses. Messages are processed under their respective privacy policies.
  • Supabase — for database and authentication infrastructure.
  • Sentry — for error monitoring.

Each provider operates under their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them for your own due diligence.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where retention is required for legal or regulatory compliance.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data (right to erasure).
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
